AMC uses environmentally friendly technologies beginning with our 5-stage pretreatment process to ensure adhesion that meets technical data specifications. Overhead conveyor system supports product limits of 2,000 part pound, up to 4’ wide by 6’ tall. Single turn production line allows for part lengths up to 30 feet while remaining in a medium to high production output environment. Lot control data is available upon request for each production run. Production turn times are 24-48 hours with 3-5 day advance notice of delivery. Documented first run success rate has exceeded 98% each of the previous 3 years achieving 99.89% success rate in 2011. Written limited warranty available if requested during the proposal stage.
